Enjoy the Best Pizza near Lely Resort on Your Next Vacation

It is hard to dislike pizza. With the virtually limitless number of possible toppings, a plethora of combinations, and varieties like deep dish, New York, and more, pizza has a history expressed in every slice. As some say, even the worst slice of pizza can get the job done.

Thankfully, the below pizza places are hardly the worst. We selected some of our favorite slices of pizza near Lely Resort for your next vacation escape. And always make sure to grab a pie (or five) to go when you stay at one of our Lely Resort condo rentals.

Frankie’s Authentic Italian Deli

Frankie’s is the relatively new kid on the block. After opening in mid-2018, it rose up the ranks quickly with its quick and authentic Italian sandwiches and pizza. The deli doesn’t reinvent the wheel. Order a pizza from the menu, which includes buffalo, veggie, Philly steak, and the Frankie, consisting of tossed toppings of mozzarella, pepperoni, roasted red pepper, sun-dried tomatoes, black olives, and fresh garlic.

Frankie’s primarily offers soups, subs, and pizza, as well as pastries, beer, and wine. It is open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. daily (10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday). You can find it at 6654 Collier Blvd #106.

Napoli on the Bay IV

Napoli on the Bay has some really awesome specialty pizzas. It is perhaps the restaurant’s most prominent feature. You can find some really inventive options. These include the white pizza with broccoli and olive oil, the Tour of Italy, covered in salami, prosciutto, capicola, and olives, eggplant and tomato, and the artichoke, among others. We love to go in and ask which specialty pizza is popular today, and running with it. You may end up with something totally fresh and original!

There’s also a scattering of pleasing appetizers, including mozzarella sticks, pepperoni sticks, chicken fingers, and much-loved garlic knots. Finally, complement it with a hot plate of chicken cutlet, ziti, and old-fashioned, authentic spaghetti in meat sauce.

Napoli on the Bay is open daily from 10:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. (noon to 8:30 p.m. on Sunday). Be sure to grab a slice before heading out to the incredible destinations near Naples Florida.

LowBrow Pizza & Beer

Outside of pizza, LowBrow is just flat-out one of the best restaurants near Lely Resort. LowBrow Pizza is self-admittedly serious about pizza, beer, and that’s about the extent of it.

LowBrow oozes character, from its peculiar menu to its eclectic art lining the walls (and ceiling!).

The pizza selections consist of some really fun and clever concoctions, like Cortez the Killer and the Cheesus H. Crust. The former is coated in chorizo, roasted potato, sweet corn, scallion, cilantro, cotija, and chilies. The latter is an awesome mix of cheese, including fresh and aged mozzarella, ricotta, and black pepper.

All pizza is recommended with a beer.

It is open from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and noon to 9 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. You’ll find LowBrow on the main street, 3148 Tamiami Trail E.

Palumbo’s Pizzeria

Palumbo’s prides itself in its unique and “secret” dough, and you can tell. The dough is rich and unique, giving it both a splash of authentic Italian pizza as well as something remarkably different.

Palumbo’s doesn’t try too much outside its special pizza selections, including vegetable, Margherita, supreme, and meat lovers. Palumbo’s does deliver on some fantastic hot subs, such as the sausage, hot peppers, and onion, as well as the chicken parmigiana.

It is open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. Stop by at 7711 Collier Blvd #107 to grab a pie.

The great thing about pizza is that it can easily be taken to go. Bring your pizza back to any of our Lely Resort pet-friendly rentals and spend lunch or dinner with the dog. Book your stay and secure your vacation escape- pizza and all.
